Dear All,

I would like to introduce myself having seen many people from this community in my practice.

My name is Dr Zack Ally. I am a word-renowned Cosmetic Doctor with several years experience in Facial Aesthetics. Having lectured globally on the topic of Facial Harmonisation, I have a deep understanding of Facial proportions and balancing, and I believe I can contribute to this community.

There are some good, bad, safe and dangerous practices currently trending and I'm here to educate. I have a particular special interest in the Facial geometry of the male face.

When will it be possible for a ltn to ascend to cl in the future since its surgically not possible today? You have a timeline for the following?
  • bone scaffolding replacements
  • guided bone remodeling
  • nanotech-assisted reshaping
  • regenerative craniofacial modifications
  • fully regenerated skin
  • controllable fat distribution
  • engineered collagen
  • near-scarless healing
  • symmetric facial remodeling

My expertise lies in Facial assessment and proportional balancing.

If anyone wants a realistic, direct and honest facial assessment please post front and profile pictures in good light and 90deg angles and I will analyse and break it down objectively.

Please note I will only do this once.
