my face looks generally asymmetrical and it bothers me because i’d like it to be more balanced/symmetrical.

what’s weird is it doesn’t even look consistent. sometimes one side looks higher/more dominant, other times it switches. i assume it might be from facial expressions, muscle tension, sleeping on one side, posture etc.

i’ve already tried things like changing sleeping sides and chewing more evenly, but i’m not sure how much of this is actually fixable.

is this mostly just normal facial asymmetry + soft tissue changes, or can things like muscle imbalance, tmj, or orthodontics actually make a noticeable difference?

I think there's some kind of Korean message or something that fixes uneven muscle tension
