Falım is great, but it wont lower your dimo it just trains your facial muscles, if you do long enough u might even look more dimo.

I've been chewing Falım gums about 2 years and saw very efficent results. They are made from natural threebark and there is no additional sugar, there are various flavors but also just a flavorless bare version.
