Fasting till Friday (6 days )

Im going to do my best to just drink water until Friday to see what happens I'm currently 112 lbs (skinny fatish) and depending how much weight I lose I will start eating a normal amount of calories while still having my routine.

what are y'all thoughts ?

I think I know what you mean because it wrecks the emtablison as soon as you starting eating you gian f*g expotnally so youu would have to remain in a healthy caloric deficit afterwards

@Whitepill help he start threatening me now. the fuck is the emtablison ?
but I want to try it just to experience the feeling and see what it would theroitcal do to me after a period of time so I'm going to try to stick with it if anything it will keep me disciplined
A small deficit caloric for 6+ months will gives better results long term than fasting. If you want a beneficial fat loss using fasting, just skip dinner and go to bed
 
so what does that mean? besides if you cut down on fat after fasting there wont be a possibility to gain that weight back
 
Take it slow, fasting isn't the way, I'd reccomend if your gonna fast just fast on specific bad foods like added sugars for a few months, that will really help you
