Fasting

Would 23:1 fasting be good for weigtloss without being unhealthy like I'd basically eat dinner if I did that so probably the most nutrients dense meal but I'm worried ill get deficient in something after so long
Eat like a European. Then you wont have to worry about crazy weight loss fads.
 
Fasted cardio and overall just better dieting and portion control would be better and more sustainable

You’re putting your body in a state of survival where your body tries sucking up your nutrients stored in your body.
We store glycogen for a reason,It’s a backup glucose source in case we don’t consume any carbohydrates.
Everyone tells me “fasting helps you clear your mind” or some weird shit but your brain and body are totally different.
You ARE THE BRAIN,while you’re fasting you think that you’re fasting to “detox your body” but you’re body which does not think what you think.
Your body will think that you’re in a state of survival where you can’t get a source of nutrients so it uses up all the glycogen,ketosis is induced and your body is eating itself out.
Your body struggles if you don’t eat for long periods of time to the point where your body starts increasing growth hormone to maintain muscle size and strength.
Unless you’re in a forest with no food source available,fasting is stupid.

Is your thyroid function OK?
It was tested 3 years ago and it was fine my dad also has a bad metabolism he's trying to get me to eat like him more so basically ultra processed food once a day and 2 cups of black coffee
