I realized the other day that fatness is a form of evolution. Why you are addicted to carbs: Fatness is evolution
Think about it like this, if you are a hunter gatherer and you get fail to hunt, you do not have a strong agricultural infrastructure to guarantee anything. The fatter person has a slower metabolism and will be better off than a fast metabolism person with no extra fat on them. Lets say you are running through the woods and sprain your ankle so you cannot hunt for a few weeks, the person who has a fast metabolism and is not fat would be at a big disadvantage.
So the ideal fatness would be as fat as possible until the fatness interferes with your running speed and stamina. So the maximum fatness until it brings down your topspeed 99% to 90% of theoretical maximum speed and stamina.
Humans would only live to the ripe old age of 25 so alot of the genetics are suboptimal. For example one genetic failo is how you need sunlight to get VitD, even though it damages you. But it wasn't a problem since humans would only live until 24 or 26.
