I love squat. My pr is 100kg at 78.
When I go down I feel the fibers of my muscle BREAK and I LOVE it, it hurts but at the same time feels so satisfying
I went to failure just yesterday after so many time, I went down and when I tried to get up I fought, fought and fought, but I fell, and bar fitted the security bars of the rack. Then I just crouched a little more to sit on the floor and lay there
