There’s always a risk when it comes to migration, but if I get a good injector I’ll be fine. Fillers are better than any other under eye option. Only big risk is it being applied unevenly between eyes

With fat grafting, it’s permanent. If it was done incorrectly they’d have to fucking cut you open and leave scarring. Some people also reported having bumps

Filler is horrible in the under eyes, you cant reslly inject at the bone without huge risks and consequences are much worse when it does migrate
