Dont use var and adrol at the same time, pick one
You need to pick between eq or AIs, since eq has an AI-like effect. If you choose eq, lower the eq (or higher the test). Id recommend doing only test+AIs to start and going up to around 300-400mg/week test.
If you are already using ezetimibe, a low dose statin improves its effect. 10mg ezetimibe+5mg rosuvastatin or 10mg ezetimibe+2mg pitavastatin are both great choices.
Like vamp said, add hcg
