eat fattier foods like fatty cuts of steak, salmon, eat nuts, peanut butter, eat high calorie fruits like mangos, bananas, etc add more oils (olive oil preferably) and butter to your food. fats carry lots of calories, obviously still remember to hit a protein goal too tho.definitely. football is finishing up and i’m down some weight. my appetite has been bad tho. how can i eat more food.
