Serious fix for nose , make nose nromal again

My nose getting super oily and lowkey growing in size. I've been using Trent and its a little smaller nowhere near near baseline but the texturre is stil of. waht shoudl i try ????

get isotretinoin, and It dosent change ur nose, to change ur nose get rhino
