Just stop war. Stop sending young lads to War. It is shortening their lifespan. An average Russian male only lives 66 years.

Russia has potential to have 83 life expectancy like Japan. They have a really healthy diet. They walk a lot.

Another thing they should do is to ditch that vodka. Putin is also giving stress to Russians.

In short words, war + vodka + stress is the reason they die young

My grandad lives in Moscow and I visited a few times , such a beautiful place so sad that’s what’s going on

My dad who had seizures from Alcohol Withdrawal Syndrome 10 years back still drinks once every 2 months. He had fatty liver 17 years back.
