A GUIDE TO FIXING ANY ASYMMETRIES YOU MIGHT HAVE
take this all with a grain of a salt as some asymmetries cannot be fixed without surgical intervention/fillers


One of the most important things to understand about facial aesthetics is this: FACIAL SYMMETRY CAN BE IMPROVED. Contrary to the belief that facial structure is set in stone after puberty, the bones that make up the face actually retain a degree of mobility well into adulthood. These bones don’t fully fuse until old age, which means we can subtly but significantly alter facial development through long-term muscular and postural inputs. Fat-soluble VITAMIN A, D, E AND ESPECIALLY K2 are directly involved in craniofacial development.
For instance, Vitamin K2-dependent proteins are concentrated in areas like the nasal septum during early development. These proteins help guide bone growth in a forward and lateral direction.

Good thread, people on here always argue for symmetry for cosmetic purposes, but generally disregard functional purposes. Good job including that.

I’m not sure if you mentioned it, but improving your pelvic torsion is imperative for symmetry. Reduces pain, muscular imbalance and lessens your risk for scoliosis.

If you're within a suitable age range, and there is a noticeable displacement of your sphenoid and occipital bones, you can fix eye asymmetry to a degree.

It generally stems from poor neck positioning. Resolve any neck muscle tension imbalance and then equalise pressure in the mastication muscles (masseters, temporalis and pterygoid)

Watch some videos on facial yoga, repairing neck alignment, etc.

Dairy can be consumed regularly but I wouldn’t recommend organs more than twice a week since your body can only store a certain amount of nutrients and Vitamin A and Vitamin D3 are agonistic to each other. I don’t know which diet principle you follow but I’m on Ray peat.

Soluble fiber>Insoluble fiber but I don’t recommend much. Fast acting sugars such as sucrose in OJ are good.

That’s what discussing if for honestly, you mentioned good micronutrients for regular health and bone calcium uptake but I don’t see any correlation with the sphenoid bone. Overall a good thread for the development but not the reversal effect,I didn’t mean to be toxic I just get narcy sorry.
