i'm asking for knowledge bhaiJust get morning sunlight you bum it’s free and has a wide range of red light and NIR wavelengths unlike those devices who just have one or two
If u want a proper device then yestitle
So red light liberates nitric oxide from cytochrome C oxidase in the mitochondria,it improves mitochondrial respiration and oxygenation and reduces free radicals.i'm asking for knowledge bhai
i don't even know what red light therapy is
i don't need itIf u want a proper device then yes
What do u need it for?
Whole lot of bsSo red light liberates nitric oxide from cytochrome C oxidase in the mitochondria,it improves mitochondrial respiration and oxygenation and reduces free radicals.
Sound high iq enough im inSo red light liberates nitric oxide from cytochrome C oxidase in the mitochondria,it improves mitochondrial respiration and oxygenation and reduces free radicals.
I don’t understand means “whole lot of bs” now?Whole lot of bs
It’s okay i forgive youOh shit this might not actually be bs hold on
Mb g
SorrI don’t understand means “whole lot of bs” now?
It’s alrightSorr
ThxIt’s okay i forgive you
Thx bwoIt’s alright
is it actually effective tho?So red light liberates nitric oxide from cytochrome C oxidase in the mitochondria,it improves mitochondrial respiration and oxygenation and reduces free radicals.
So since most cells have mitochondria (besides red blood cells) and red light is deeply penetrating,it can reach further than just the skin on your face, potentially subcutaneous tissue or bone itself. Since it reduces free radicals,it’ll improve cell function and health. Meaning skin, muscle and bone. Red light exposure also in the morning preps your skin for later UV in the day, reducing UV damage. So the highly likely result: better skin and better health.is it actually effective tho?
electron transportation chain .
and hoe does it change how yoy look?
lol well it depends for which area ur using it just look it upi don't need it
just asking
like how expensive are we talking?
what does it even do?
Red light devices are strictly limited to one or two wavelengths for this which is limiting for this function meanwhile morning sunlight is full spectrum red light and NIR wavelengths and not just one or two. In my opinion,it’s not worth the money when you can simply stand outside in the morning for a few minutes and get the maximum benefit for free.So since most cells have mitochondria (besides red blood cells) and red light is deeply penetrating,it can reach further than just the skin on your face, potentially subcutaneous tissue or bone itself. Kinda disrespectful how you just said “just look it up”lol well it depends for what for which area ur using it just look it up
Sorry if it seemed that way I didn’t mean it like thatKinda disrespectful how you just said “just look it up”
I delivered the answer already if I’m correct. And I didn’t mean to call you rude,I was being sarcastic.Sorry if it seemed that way I didn’t mean it like that
He said he doesn’t need it and wants general prices for something I don’t know about
Red light therapy can be used for a lot of things. Google will deliver the answer better than I will if we’re talking about prices
@Hector of Troy sorry if it was disrespectful of me
yeah but you don't want all the wavelengths you only want the red wavelength so like 620 to 700 nm?Red light devices are strictly limited to one or two wavelengths for this which is limiting for this function meanwhile morning sunlight is full spectrum red light and NIR wavelengths and not just one or two. it's just sarcasm foidSorry if it seemed that way I didn’t mean it like that

Okay I kinda took it seriously my badI delivered the answer already if I’m correct. And I didn’t mean to call you rude,I was being sarcastic.
With “all wavelengths” I meant all wavelengths of NIR and red light not in general, which morning sun is very abundant in it. Only past the morning do other things like blue light become abundant.yeah but you don't want all the wavelengths you only want the red wavelength so like 620 to 700 nm?
Since morning and sunset light is often warm it’s abundant in the NIR and red wavelengths ,only through the midday do UV and blue light increase. The red light in the morning conditions you to the sun in the midday and the red light in sunset conditions help you recover from midday UV and blue light. With “all wavelengths” I meant all wavelengths of NIR and red light not in general, which morning sun is very abundant in it.
