Food wise I kinda understand what to eat, what not to eat, I’m lactose intolerant so I can’t really eat anything that I love to eat which is good ig. But I’m worried about blood flow, my face is always red and when I used to test my blood pressure it was extremely high, way above what it should’ve been, any advice on how to healthily improve my blood pressure, and overall health?

Use some beta-blockers and then go book a doctors appointment. If it's something mild like stress just keep taking beta-blockers until your blood pressure score's healthy

Is it possible it could be genetics? My dads is insanely high and he’s a little obese no offense to him
