Now I’ve made many threads about this but more nigs need to know about this. I would say this is the best way to get poreless,baby smooth skin besides isotretinoin.

Salicylic acid peel 10% concentration
Benzoyl peroxide 3-5% concentration
Hyaluronic Acid

Steps:
1. Apply a good coating of salicylic acid,ideally just 1 layer but maximum 2 since it’s pretty harsh.

4. Optional things: Light lipstick with a natural saturation and tucking your lips in and biting them gently for a few minutes

These are the best pictures I could have used,this is not my nose but basically
Orange=Already inserted (Mono thread)
Red=future mono threads
Blue=cog threads for lifting.

Now I personally used a mono thread on the dermal layer closer to the epidermis for the the kind of peak you wanna get,the other mono threads are for structure and they will be a subdermal,also the cog threads are ideally subdermal. I will do the rest tomorrow and I have a feeling I’ll nail it.

It’s a pretty simple step. You don’t only need hydrocortisone but I recommend you get salicylic acid since sometimes blackheads and clogged pores on the nose cause unnecessary volume.

Step 1:Apply Salicylic acid,I use not something that is designed for blackheads but rather warts,its 10% salicylic acid and 0.5% flourouracil. It’s very harsh on the skin,kills all dead skin cells and probably will kill healthy ones too if you overdo it.

You know you can use hydrocortisone for multiple cycles right? I personally used it for 3 rounds and I only saw some result by the 2nd one. Accutane just gets rid of the blackheads and shrinks your pores,you can replicate the same thing with salicylic acid. If you want accutane,sure but don’t say hydrocortisone is cope.

Here’s the problem:
Drink coffee without sugar of any fat on an empty stomach=Significant spike in cortisol and reduction in blood glucose levels.
Drink coffee with sugar,milk on a full stomach (after or with breakfast ideally)=Synced with raised cortisol of the circadian rhythm in the morning,increased conversion and release of thyroid hormones and actually in theory preventing higher cortisol chronically.

Caffeine is ethically a plant defense mechanism,but once you alter the consumption method of it just like the stimulants of the coca leaf it will provide good benefits.
