I am grey when it comes to rating but I can tell you sincerely if I think ur hot and what I think u could improve. 7kg is insane. Congrats damn that's a whole leg

Bulks are so lame why not do it in a clean way and you don't look like a swollen buffalo in the process

The extra mass and weight lets you lift way heavier and also cause i put on 2x the amount of muscle . In the end it’s worth it to ascend you gotta go through chopped phases harsh reality, everyone wants to ascend but stay looking their best not how it works. Only downside is face fat to me but i only have 2 months left of the bulk the cut will be so satisfying
