nah india mart is fine for furosemide since it’s cheap to make and especially if you buy pharma it should be real

it’s easy to tell if it’s real because it will debloat you if it is, and it will have no effect if it’s not. Simple anecdotal way to verify it.

also since their currency is so weak it will only cost you like $15 USD
