Getting custom marpe

Currently my pallet is pretty asymmetrical due to habbit when i was younger so i will be getting custom marpe + headgear im 16 right now ortho said he will be focusing on my more collapsed side of my pallet he said it will improve my asymmetry tons pretty excited and hopefully it will help my breathing too the fucked side cant breath so much my pallet is 33mm hopefully all goes well thanks @TrueOgr3 for the help we all will ascend after marpe i will be getting surgery

I told my mom my breathing is really fucked on one side and can cause issues in the future plus marpe can save costs such as getting ur molars removed and 50% of my ortho will be covered by my insurance

My pallet is 30mm by my measurements but just taking in how i could be wrong
