So, for context I'm a runner for my high school teams so I'm running and average of 15 miles a week during a good week. My coach is constantly yelling at me about needing to eat more calories but I'm trying to lose facial fat so I can have abs and show my bone structure more.
I've been doing gua sha a lot which has made it better but I still have a lot of facial fat.
I don't eat a lot at all which helped me go from 135 early 2024 (3 big meals a day, sometimes two.) to 115 average but reaching 110 during peak running season last year. (Two meals a day typically. Always a peanut butter jelly sandwich as one. )
We've begun our conditioning for running and I gained a bunch of weight before so I cut down to one meal (a peanut butter jelly sandwich and juice in the middle of the day..) but I still wasn't dipping under 115 so I've been only eating food when it was offered or bought specifically for me and snacking on the days I don't. I've actively been drinking way more water though.
Im very hungry, but its not affecting my performance and if anything im running better and it's not like im eating nothing at all. Is this bad? If so, what should I do different?
