Hello everyone, I am french Caucasian male 31 years old. I am 174 cm 75 Kg 10% bf fit body. I already have done few surgeries last year and I will do more really soon. I would consider myself a 6/10 above average and I will definitely ascend with what I have planned, getting a big surgery July 1st I will provide pictures when done and healed to get some insight

I think I have a very good base bone structure. I have an oval face with my thirds upper middle lower being relatively even. I am Mediterranean phenotype, I have a relatively good jaw/chin shape projection, full lips, teeth straight and white with good gums healt. My nose I think is good harmonious, eyes are blue/gray that’s one surgery I did last year btw I used to have brown eye so now I have deep contrast with not to much tan I like white skin and dark hair brows eyelashes beard and thick dense full. Skin quality is good no acne or wrinkles.

I workout and walk a lot weekly, good sleep,diet, hydratation no drugs no alcool I am pretty healthy

My huge flaws :

I have a huge nasal labial folds due to loss of volume on cheeks I am leaner than few years ago and lost some weight/bf while keeping muscle mass with good proportion but I lost some volume fat water muscle for sure therefore face have a bit of that gaunt look especially when I am getting around 10% bf and below

I have huge eye bags prey eyes negative canthal tilt that kills everything thing cause overall my underneath structure is good my lifestyle is healthy and I have good pheno contrast hair lower and upper thirds do not have flaws well I am not perfect but let say those part are ideal and my eye cooor now is amazing but the overall soft tissue is messed up that is why I am going to heavy surgery in July

I also have hollow temples for hairline, my hair are healthy dense thick etc… I dot not have mpb but since ever I have narrow temples my natural hair are higher set so I will so hair graft also in September to get a « perfect » hairline. After all that I think I can be a solid 7 may be higher ? I do not know will see, I will share my transformation. By February I will have my new hair dense thick and ready to go so I will analyse my face again and I will see if for the next year around may I will do another surgery but only if it is really beneficial and do not disturb my overall harmony that I already have well I think I might be wrong anyway my midface is going to ascend like crazy plus 1500 hair graft to complete the look

Thanks you very much. I will post regularly especially because I have this planned :

I am doing a diet to get super fit plus I am whitening my teeth like every year

End of July I will get an haircut and hair removal from my beautician and do some fillers

By August when I will be fully recovered I will do a photoshoot for my ig

September I will do an hair transplant because my temples are pretty hollow and I want a perfect hairline with everything care that I do I can’t miss that. I will be prime by 2027.

By February I will have my new hair dense thick and ready to go so I will analyse my face again and I will see if for the next year around may I will do another surgery but only if it is really beneficial and do not disturb my overall harmony

Thanks you ! Everything was done nicely my surgeon is amazing, no pain no bleeding the day after. I am swollen especially my eyelids obviously but I have not take any pain killers just washing my eyelids and put fresh pads few times a day

Yes I feel you do what you feel best. Personnaly I am not in pain at all my nurse told me to still take the pain killers to not let any pain creep up but honestly if I don’t feel any the day after Inshould be good. It looks way more impressive that what it is, it’s way less painful than other surgeries I did tbh

Day 2 Post Op strips are out everything is great no pain and already less bruises

Well day 2 is almost over I feel great my body is healing already my diet and active lifestyle makes me going through that post op phase like a breeze
