Experience ghk cu geninuely has me feeling different

I fell for trend and got some topical ghk cu (probably not as good as pinning but i’m not sure) and used it alongside dermastamping.

my skin has never felt more hydrated before, and my face absorbed my moisturizer crazy fast. One thing i’m unsure about is derma stamping, how long do i press or hold for??
