gimme weightloss advice

ramadan is tomorrow and i did some calculator thing and it said this

im like 162 cm and idk my weight but i would say between 49-51 specially cuz ive been eating a lot for weeks without sports, i wanna get down to 44 kg or less and i just need advice what to do to manage to lose weight

dnrd any of this just take reta
 
directly after futur you can pray taraweeh if you'd like then walk 8-10kms works best for me also obviously lower dough consumption or get rid of it idealy

blud it literally tells you what to do to lose weight

pick any of those calorie ranges and stick to that and redo it for every 5-7kg you lose. If you have specific goals you want to achieve then your macronutrients will be different
