Try fasting until mid day then a protein heavy decently sized meal, its much easier to not eat when you havnt eaten. And protein will keep you full the most.
If you struggle with the fast just drink water brah.
Even if not, still drink its good 4 u, easist way i find to hit my water goals is 1.5L in the gym, then carry a 2.2L jug around me all day and get the rest from my diet coke addiction.
Try to distract your mind too, if u sit at home bored all day ofc ur fat ahh gon eat alot but go out with frens, do shit n***a forget food exists.

low carb potatos
sugar free low cal lollies
kangaroo meat
chicken breat + salad
protein cheese
Protein yoghurt
stone fruit
konjac noodles (0 cal crazy volume, make a soup type thing with them)
konjac jelly
low carb bread
canned tuna in oil (drained)
juice blocks
soy protein puffs + greek yoghurt + stevia powder and coco powder if ur feeling freaky (ball knowledge right here)
rice paper rolls
obv energy drinks or any diet fizzy
Peak cutting meal 100g protein, 800 cals
