God awful skin texture

I have been trying different skin care routines and products but these red dots on my face won’t go away no matter what I do and my skin texture is just rough overall want it to be crystal clear

Somebody please help have been looking for answers online for the past 6 months and found nothing so I came here

What dose

Take a low dose over a long amount of time
0.1mg/kg bodyweight will do wonders
Very low side effect profile but just as much results as a 5mg/kg bodyweight dose
You’ll just have to waiter longer
Remember when it comes to accutane: total dosage > dosage taken per week
If you take low dose over longer time compared to high dose over shorter time then you will get the same results with much less side effects
