got a heavy concussion and have been forced to let go for about a week. No exercise and am supposed to eat way more. Haven’t gained too much weight but it feels like ive lost most of my progress. I was at 12% a week ago and could run a sub5 min mile and was reading high level philosophical now I feel like I can barely walk without having to sit down. Am averaging less than 3k steps a day and having trouble reading. Any ways to pass the time or advice on getting back up on my feet after I am recovered?
