cheekbones exercise for one month+guasha

and a slight calorie deficit until I reach sub 10 percent bf.

fish cheeks and swishing my mouth the basics it wont do much but it might help slighlty since I'm already decently lean

i tend to gatekeep bc im silently praying on everyones downfall, but bro please do not do either of those

those exercises work the buccinator, the buccinator is the muscle in your cheek, if you work the muscle in your cheek that fills out your cheek, and if you make your cheeks fuller you wont be able to get noticeable hollows
