Im a little overweight, but I lost about 20 pounds, not really unhealthy, but I think i've grown tired of my calorie deficit, and i'm just gonna bulk. I don't want to be disappointed in my muscles when I do cut down, So i'm just gonna bulk for a while.
I'm understanding more diet, but I really don't have a job so i'm going for more vegetable based proteins like lentils (i'm not vegan, just broke )
My doctor said I have 1 more year of puberty to grow, so I am going to try to maximize as much as I can. A lot more milk, only milk and water. More protein, less refined sugars. Workout and cardio 3x a week. Sun exposure with sunscreen with vitamin d supps and multi vitamins. Will update in a month.
