I started the gym 3 days ago, I did some random chest workout and general pull workout to absolute failure until I couldn't do more, and now it's been 3 days and my chest still hurts like shit, and I literally cannot stretch my arms, I can't move ideally, and I'm basically crippled atm and the soreness shouldve gone away, but anyway going to failure is just gonna damage the muscles imo never doing ts again

You don’t get to speak on what’s retarded then
I've been in the gym multiple times it's just been a while like 4 months since I went there last time

How many fucking sets you doing then bud
Like 2, but I fr pushed them to failure like at the end I couldn't do another set and also when I got off the machine my fingers weren't stretching at all and I was doing fly's at first

I do 2 days on then one rest day then repeat

do your research then ideally you'd have a year of natty lifting and planning under your belt not to mention pre cycle bloodwork
The opposite of what we’re doing lmaoo

That’s because you just started homie, going to failure is the best way to build muscle but since you’re a noob your body doesn’t adapt to the pressure
