Rear delt dumbbell > dumbbell lateral raise
Lat pulldown/cable row (alternate day2day)
Flat machine press
Dumbbell curl
Leg extension

All 3 sets with 3 min ish rest time to 0RIR

Optimised for low fatigue tbh don’t wanna have bad sleep again
