Good Face- and Jaw surgeons in Germany and neighboring countries?

I am considering getting face / jaw surgery. Are there good surgeons in Germany and neighboring countries? (good value for money / cost effectiveness plays a roll)

I have a slav face. Lot of face fat, soft face without strong, sharp edges.

Any recommendations?
