Hey there!
So as those who've followed my story previously will know, I have a bad hairline yet I was born with it and after consultations with several surgeons I can not get a hair transplant due to my frontalis muscle placement.
However after reaching out to a well regarded scalp advancement surgeon I am I good candidate for scalp advancement!
Long story short it phyiscally pulls your scalp forehead thus lowering the hairline.
I have some say in which parts are lowered, however unfortunately it appears that the bottom on the temples can't be pulled forward.
I have two questions,
1. Should I lower the widows peak by 1 cm or more in order to make my foreheads width less prominent? Or should I leave that part alone given the rule of 3rds?
2. In terms of reducing the foreheads width the only option seems to be rounding the top when pulling the scalp forward. Essentially as it pertains to width, where I marked in the second picture is where hair can be (apply that to both sides) Will that be an improvement or would it look too feminine?
Thank you all! My life is improving.
