For development, a nutritious diet with high calcium, high sugar, and high protein.

For after development, I believe a modified diet building off the ideas of Aajonus Vonderplanitz is ideal

This won't affect your baseline genetics too much, they are just for a) maximal growth and b) health

Though these are optimal, you should just eat what you want and don't feel guilty, applying trial and error. If you don't want to eat a food or it makes you feel like shit, don't eat it.

occasional veggies, seeds, lavash, legumes dont hurt, but shouldnt be focus of diet
