You don’t even need to go to the gym most beginners can make great gains with just working out at home with a 20lb dumbbell. And if you don’t have a dumbbell get creative and just get a big milk/water jug and fill it with water and you have at least 10+ pounds. as somebody who has actually done this for 1-2 years, this is complete cope. I had 35 lbs pound dumbells and was struggling to use them after 4 months of proper training and nutrition, mind you I was an extremely skinny 15 y o kid and Im genetically weak, this is a grown man which probably twice the muscle that I had back then. - I was skinny as a kid
- I use smartphone at night. I wake up between my sleep cycle for 30 min to again fall asleep.
- I am not wealthy enough. Can afford eggs, but not meat. Meat is like twice a month. Plant proteins like nuts are expensive. Lentils are more carbs and poor protein absorption.
