Long story short, one day I decided my teeth needed improvement, and I wanted to whiten my teeth more. So I started brushing far more than usual and applying more pressure than usual. 1 year later now my gums ache. Never in my life have my gums ached, until I started brushing my teeth more.

Online the experts say brushing your teeth causes gum damage. And most mainstream doctors say gums cannot regenerate. This seems to be true, however, I believe they are hiding the facts, I think there are some obscure ways to regenerate gums but I don't know how. The experts say to just consume xylitol over and over. Xylitol does seem to help but if you take too much xylitol I noticed you get some gum pains. So I am looking for something superior to xylitol.
