You can have abs poking through if u work predominantly on abs but that won't spot reduce fat on the area so if u got some layers of fat it will still hide your big abs or make them look softer still it's all genetics and how ur body fat is distributed and how your muscle striations are wrapped around.so i can just do hip thrusts every day and thats it?
