True but it also takes discipline to drgs ur ass to the gym and workout on days u feel like not. What motivates me is knowing that the better I look the more hot chicks wanna be w me. 😂 Makes me get up real quick

How long you been going. I've been going since I was 16 and I'm 33 now.. That's to say there's definitely been days I didn't wanna go, weeks even,😭
this is gonna be my 5th month

I go boxing gym for example (I consider it gym too) and I really cannot be bothered to spar knowing well I'm gonna get pushed about on the day. Or we have to do some intense conditioning that day.

Congrats mate that's very good. Ur building those pathways now. Which means even if u fall off it will be easier and faster gaining muscle back

It’s extremely slow for men as it is, for men 5kg a year is extreme naturally

hmm idk bc i’ve always hated the idea of looking muscular even a little bit but i kinda want to look more toned overall bc rn i’m just looking flat in the worst way

Toned where? like abdomen, if so then hitting abs will do like a standing cable crunch even a minimal amount will become visible when lean.

I have quite big abs and I can see my abdominal wall and contours and I’m not even lean.

its rlly hard to get muscular as a girl ive been lifting 4-5 times a week for a little over a month (and pretty heavy lifting) and it looks so much better than being flat and skinny

You can have abs poking through if u work predominantly on abs but that won't spot reduce fat on the area so if u got some layers of fat it will still hide your big abs or make them look softer still it's all genetics and how ur body fat is distributed and how your muscle striations are wrapped around.
 
There's some I really enjoy. Jogging or rope skipping. Without music I can't do nothing tho
