But David Laid said it was desined for him and he said to make on your own one so i just put in one more leg day and pull so its like:leg push pull leg push pull and added some things to it if someone want i will sent it.I feel so much better i used to do full body 2-3 times a week and i felt so sore and like i have no energy.i would say my body is good looking.Is this good plan? And i can tell my weight height bench squat and deadlift max if someone is intresed.

frequency>volume so switch back to FB EOD or ULR repeat

2 sets of 4-6 reps with high intensity

machines are better than free weights due to them being more stable so try to switch as many free weight exercises to machine ones if you can

yeah i said in gym plan i was doing first full body and felt bad and started this then got better
if you do 3 sets of 10 reps yeah obviously you’ll feel like shit because Central Nervous System fatigue builds up this is why I suggested 2 sets of 4-6 reps to reduce CNS fatigue
