Hello this is my second message im 16 and black and looking to max out my body right now im 85kg and 6 foot 2 however im a mesomorph as im not saying ive got no stomach fat but you can litterally see abs and my pectorals have little to no signs of fatness however the one thing which I think boots my weight which is embarrassing to say is that I have a big ass for a man because of this my thighs are bigger than normal and probably are what boosts my weight so I need info on how to lose thigh fat.

lower overall bf% and train legs harder

Excess fat in the hip and thigh area will be completely balanced when the overall body fat percentage is reduced by 1-2% and the upper body (shoulders and back) is slightly wider.
