I’ve regressed on reps in the gym since my last session?

My recovery is good and my calories/protein intake is good.

Any reasons for the regression

you could js be tired or not in the mood and body recovery is another thing
If its not a lot id continue going to the gym but if it is very noticeable drop in reps or weight that you do I'd suggest either taking time off for like 2-3 days or you can continue going but js stick to light weight stuff and cardio

a single outlier is not a cause for concern, if it begins to become a trend a week off from the gym will be enough time for everything to correct itself. If after the week you are still getting weaker or after awhile (1-2 weeks) it becomes a trend again you should take another look at things like your recovery, intensity of workout, frequency of sessions, macros, sleep, etc.
