Eggs , chicken thighs , tuna cans , liver , Greek yogurt. Lemme know if you’re open to plant based protein too I got a few.
even though i'm priotizing protein over nutrition unlike when I did carnivore, I'm still ify with plant based, a lot of high protein non-animal products have lots of oxalates like beans or nuts
