Hair update

So like I was unclear about the root of my hairfall but it was actually due to post typhoid, I had typhoid around half a year ago and it caused my hairs to be in talogen phase. But my hairline has recessed somewhat around norwood 1.5 or 2 and I lost crown hairs and my scalp is kinda visible (I've buzzed my hair recently).
I'm using dermastamp, hair serum and nutrient supplements, it's working well and my hair stopped falling but I wanna regrow my lost hairs completely, and reverse my hairline if possible
I need y'all help for what should I do
