Probably they are so self absorbed they don't even care. Plastic surgery is like facelifts, fillers, implants, etc, usually looks like shit and is so obvious. A nose job can look good if done right, but almost always its obvious that someone has gotten it. My opinion is that any cosmetic work has been done wrong if someone can tell it's been done.

i agree to an extent, lots of celebrities have gotten tons of cosmetic surgeries and it often goes unnoticed but considering they are more valued and have access to the best surgeons they are more than likely to have successful outcomes. Now, when it comes to botox or other treatments as such it can look very uncanny. take OF models who usually have tons of botox in their lips and overall faces they look aged and extremely unnatural. a simple rhinoplasty wont Completely ruin your face if done right but its important to keep in mind that everybody has different features and some people dont look good with the features they force upon themselves.
