I have a narrow palate and a one-sided crossbite, so I wanted a palate expander. After I got one (RPE/rapid palate expander), the expander was a rapid palate expander since my maxilla sutures are still open.

I had to turn the expander every time before I went to sleep. I didn't turn it the first night because I'm retarded and didn't manage to turn the expander. So I turned the palate expander every day, but I forgot it often. I went to sleep without turning...
