Discussion has anyone here researched alarplasty?

if yes what would u say the average cost is in US.

and is the scarring really as bad as people say? my thoughts were just to cover it up with bb cream

I legit don’t think it’s worth it at all unless you have a double barrell shotgun nose. It’s likely a similar price to rhinoplasty but it’s a lot less main stream so you might have trouble finding sources/reviews.
