Over-discussed but idk if it's cope or not, I have been looking into it for a while and learnt a little about Wolff's law, but it's pretty time consuming to bonesmash, is it worth it??

martial artists who have been grinding their knuckles against wood and rocks for 20+ years dedicated
tennis athletes for years, swinging their wrists against a ball at high velocity for hours a day
not a gay n***a lightly tapping his face with a hammer or vibrator idk ive seen that shit on tiktok. thats only temporary swelling

It seems like A complicated thing, but it’s not, best to sstart with face massage/guasha/ and invest look into diff face massage tools and get what you’re drawn to! and really get into it, get to know your face , I don’t bone smash but I tap on areas that need growth like my maxilla, after massaging for some time now. but you must do even taps on each side, not with hammer, with the diff tools

I do use jade rollers (idk if they work as good as gua sha) and i kinda massage my face when doing my skincare but that's only good for debloating. I've sort of given up on bonesmashing since there isn't enough evidence to prove it works so i'm investing in trimax (lord help me)

If something seems like pseudoscience or only plausible at best, it's usually not worth the effort to try. That’s my rule of thumb.
Science paid by the jews? Same science that created the “harmless” Covid vaccine and told people to wear masks despite them having no effect?

Same science who thinks that LSD addiction is harder to get rid of than smoking?

Same science that created US food pyramid? 😂

My rule of thumb is questioning normie science

Bone smashing is cope you need constant pressure on a bone eg proper tounge posture or a cut on the bone and to move it (surgery) not tapping your face

What's your evidence for your hypothesis that bone smashing works

Tbh, I am not sure it does

Purely theoretically it should due to Wolff’s law, but the results won’t be as noticeable as surgery(the only real looksmax)

I am just against normie 0 evidence 0 argument science telling me it doesn’t

You'd be causing major fractures in your bones by bone smashing there is more evidence that it's bad and doesn't work and keep coping with muhh jewish studies

There is no evidence that it doesn’t work

Also, JFL at not realising what jews control the major institutions. There is nothing stopping them from just paying for the right studies to be made

They pay the universities to promote drugs and expensive solutions instead of simple ones. If you’d have been to as many diff doctors as I was - you’d understand. No one recommends sunlight, diet, exercise etc. It’s always expensive procedures to get your money

You have real science that can be proven, and then you have science that’s obviously propaganda, given how far fetched it is and based on nothing. Even anecdotal evidence only makes bonesmashing seem plausible at best.

all facts here.

Science is now a religion

It works.

People are just afraid to commit or try it long enough.

It takes guts to take a leap of faith or high risk, high reward.
