Got my paws on 10mg, curious to try.
If anyone else has, how many mg did you take and how did it effect you?

selank isn't worth it. it helps a little with anxiety but its mostly just a placebo, there's way better nootropics for anxiety.
-I took 250mcg daily for 2 weeks and dropped because it wasn't worth

yeah, ill try for myself and find out but 250mcg seems very low based on what ive read online
