I agree. In the screenshots it looks like the person's goals were weight loss not muscle maintenance or gain, and so I assumed that was OP's goal as well.but she does need to eat a decent amount of calories, protein, and exercise, otherwise she will lose muscle mass too, which wont lead to good results
