For me it was a nose job + lip lift when I was 18.

The only downsides I have is uneven nosetrill that I'm planning to fix. I don't regret doing it though, people are nicer to me.

This mistake is very common surprisingly, and it doesn't cost a lot of money to fix, I just don't have the right time.
