I haven’t been posting my diet, as to not clog up the site, but I’ve been following perfectly, eating a little under sometimes. I’ve been going on daily walks, though they aren’t that long.. 3500 steps at minimum on top of whatever steps I do through the day.

how old are you

You're going to this everyday?

I’m 178 cm tall. if I’m honest I’m not sure why I’m trying to lower it.
I would stop, start eating at maintenance calories

cutting weight during puberty is only beneficial if you are fat, otherwise it’ll only stunt your growth, both height and facial

being lean is important but in a period of development you need to be in a state of building, not destroying

I could stand to lose a few kilograms, however.
